Yoga for greater health

Yoga helps to bring union to our mind and body. In this state of union we can live with higher awareness and ease. Yoga therapy’s approach to wellness is through a whole body modality, integrating the mind, body and spirit using the tools of yoga to tailor to the needs of the individual. Those tools include yoga postures, pranayama or breath work and meditation as well as lifestyle tools. Lets work together so that you can restore imbalances you might feel, back to a balanced state.

I believe in the tools of yoga and that yoga is accessible for everyone. It does not matter what your age or flexibility is or what medical condition you might have. Yoga can be tailored to the individual to meet you where you are in the present moment.
